Yarn Production
Selected cotton fibres are opened, cleaned and blended to create a consistent starting material. Carding aligns the fibres and removes remaining impurities before spinning, preparing yarn that supports the softness, strength and absorbency of the finished towel.
Weaving
Precision looms shape terry structure, loop density and pile weight.
Bleaching
Woven terry fabric is treated under controlled conditions to establish a clean, uniform base for white and coloured towels. Thorough washing removes processing residues before drying, preparing the fabric for dyeing or the next stage of production.
Dyeing
Prepared fabric is dyed to the required shade, with controlled processing to support even colour and colourfastness through repeated laundering. The colour is set and the fabric dried to restore its loft before cutting and hemming.
Cutting & Stitching
Towels are cut to the specified dimensions, from compact hand towels to generous bath sheets. Edges are neatly hemmed to help prevent fraying, and labels are attached to complete each piece to buyer specifications.
Finishing
Finishing brings out the towel's softness, loft and surface texture. Each range is prepared to meet the required hand-feel and appearance before final inspection and packing.
Quality Control
Quality checks run throughout production, from yarn consistency and processing conditions to weaving, stitching and final appearance. Fabric is inspected for uneven construction and visible defects, with non-conforming pieces separated for review before packing.
Folding & Packaging
After final visual inspection, towels are folded and packed to buyer requirements. Product and barcode labels are applied as specified, and completed orders are prepared for storage and dispatch.
